HVAC Technician | Service & Maintenance Melbourne CBD & Metro Areas $100,000 – $140,000 Super (Depending on Experience) About the Role We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join a growing team servicing commercial and/or residential sites across Melbourne CBD and surrounding metro areas. This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified technician who enjoys a mix of service, maintenance, and fault finding across a variety of systems. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair HVAC systems (split, ducted, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs) Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical components Carry out preventative maintenance schedules Installation and commissioning of new systems (where required) Work across commercial sites (offices, retail, hospitals, industrial) Complete service reports and documentation Liaise with clients and provide technical advice onsite Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations About You Trade qualified in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Valid ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability Experience across commercial HVAC systems (highly regarded) Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred but not essential) White Card Current Driver’s Licence Ability to work independently and within a team Australian Citizens only / Permanent Residents What’s on Offer Competitive salary: $100K – $140K Super (based on experience) Overtime and on-call allowances Uniform, phone, and tools provided Career progression opportunities (senior/leading hand roles) Stable, long-term work with reputable client Why Join Us?
